Once an order has been placed, you may request a cancellation within the first hour (during the business hours of 9 am PST-5pm PST). Do note this does not guarantee that your order will be canceled or modified as we ship very quickly! Please double-check your order details and shipping information before checking out!

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipment notification with your tracking number. You can also see all order updates in your Kosas.com account. Please allow 24 hours for updates to show up in your inbox.

Shipping

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.

Domestic orders will arrive via USPS First Class within 5-7 Business Days. Domestic orders shipped with 3-Business Day Expedited will be shipped with FedEx Home Delivery. Please allow 2-4 weeks for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

International orders are shipped with our international shipping partner APC and the final carrier will vary based on your location. International shipping times may vary, but rest assured we are working our hardest to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible.

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. States and territories and internationally to most countries, except Australia, New Zealand, Spain, and Russia. For customers in Australia, please shop through our retail partner, Mecca!

Yes, we ship all international orders DDP so there are no surprise fees at delivery. Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, your shipment destination, and the value of your purchase, and are included in your total at checkout.

For U.S. orders with a subtotal of $40 or higher, we offer free standard shipping. For all other orders, shipping is $5.

If you need your package quicker, we offer 3-Day expedited shipping for an additional charge of $15.

Returns

We want you to love your Kosas purchase. If you’re not satisfied 100%, we would be happy to provide a refund or an exchange for any full-size products ordered from Kosas.com within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return or exchange, head to our return portal here.


Note: All samples are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Any final sale items will be marked accordingly. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment within 10 business days of processing. We monitor returns and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone that may misuse or abuse the policy.


If you purchased a Kosas product from one of our retail partners and are unhappy for any reason, please contact the retailer directly as we are unable to issue refunds or exchanges for orders purchased outside of Kosas.com.

Always! We never test on animals and we are Leaping Bunny Certified.

While we are not a vegan brand, most of our products are vegan. The Kosas products that are not vegan are Weightless Lipstick and LipFuel. 

Most Kosas products are gluten-free with the exception of our Wet Lip Oils, Plump and Juicy Lip Booster, Wet Sticks, Undressed Eyeshadow Palette, and GrowPotion Lash and Brow Serum. 

Although Kosas does not use gluten in most products, we cannot guarantee that every product shipped is 100% gluten-free, as our products are not created in a certified gluten-free manufacturing environment. 

We use Tocopherol in most of our products, and the Tocopherol that we use is a soy derivative.
Our soy-free products are Cloud Set and Cloud Set Loose, Brow Pop and Brow Pop Nano, Revealer Extra Bright, DreamBeam Sunlit, Cloud Set Setting Mist, Soulgazer, Blush is Life, Plump and Juicy Lip Booster, Hotliner, and 10-Second Eye.

Absolutely! At Kosas, we use safe, effective preservatives and antimicrobial stabilizers which prevent against mold, yeast and pathogens. We use these preservatives in our products to extend their shelf lives while maintaining our standard of next-level clean ingredients. All products must pass rigorous preservative efficacy testing in accordance with the USP 51 protocol by an independent analytical lab for us to bring a product to market. 

Yes! We take non-comedogenicity very seriously and it is one of the pillars we adhere to in every Kosas product. During development, all of our complexion products are sent to an independent clinical lab to assess the comedogenicity of the total and complete formula, and to ensure the product does not show any evidence of clogging pores. We test the complete formula, as the comedogenicity of the complete formula is more indicative of the user experience than the individual ingredients themselves. All of our products pass at least three levels of clinical and analytical testing at independent labs before they arrive on shelves. 

Since we formulate our complexion products without added fragrances and other irritating ingredients, they may have a natural and distinct scent. If you notice any change in smell with your products or an unusually strong, unpleasant smell, please let us know! 

While Kosas products are safe to use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, we always recommend consulting with your doctor before introducing any new products or ingredients into your routine. If you have any questions about a specific ingredient or product, please email us!

Reseller Policy

Reseller Policy

KOSAS COSMETICS LLC UNITED STATES RESELLER POLICY

By purchasing Kosas products for resale, you agree to adhere to this Reseller Policy.

In order to ensure Kosas Cosmetics LLC’s (“Kosas”) end-user customers are being provided a quality sales experience and customer support, Kosas has established this Reseller Policy (the “Reseller Policy”). Kosas believes that its end-user customers are best served by having resellers who market Kosas’ product assortment as premium brand products and who provide an outstanding level of service and support to their end-user customers.

Kosas has also determined that, in order to maintain and protect the viability of the Kosas reseller network for its products, in order to protect the value associated with Kosas’ brands in connection with its products, and in order to ensure high-quality support by resellers to end-users of those products, resellers must comply with the following terms and conditions:

  1. Internet Sales Prohibited. Resellers shall be prohibited from selling Kosas products on the Internet unless they apply for and obtain prior written consent from Kosas authorizing them to sell on the Internet and regulating the manner in which they sell online;
  2. Trans-shipping. Resellers shall not transship products. Specifically, resellers shall not sell or transfer any Kosas products to any person or entity for resale. Resellers agree to restrict, cease, or limit the sale of Kosas products to anyone at the request of Kosas;

  3. Geographic Sales Boundary. Resellers may only sell and advertise for sale Kosas products within the United States of America. Kosas hereby expressly prohibits resellers from soliciting or consummating sales outside of the United States of America;

  4. Intellectual Property. The use of the intellectual property of Kosas, including, but not limited to trademarks, tradenames, product images, marketing banners, and other digital assets, patents, rights in inventions, rights in designs, rights in logos and trade dress, “moral rights,” rights in mask works, rights of personality, publicity or privacy, and any other intellectual property and proprietary rights without written consent from Kosas is prohibited;

  5. Sales Practices. Resellers shall conduct their business in a reasonable and ethical manner at all times and shall neither engage in any deceptive, misleading, or unethical practices or advertising at any time, nor make any warranties or representations concerning the products except as expressly authorized by Kosas. Resellers shall comply with any and all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and policies related to the advertising, sale and marketing of Kosas products;

  6. Quality Controls. Resellers shall comply with all quality control standards, including, but not limited to, advertising, storage and shipping requirements, as announced from time to time by Kosas;

  7. Service. Resellers shall provide the highest level of customer service. Resellers and their sales personnel shall be familiar with all Kosas products marketed for sale and must obtain sufficient product knowledge to advise customers on the selection of the products, as well as any applicable warranty, guarantee or return policy;

  8. Product Packaging. Resellers shall sell Kosas products in their original packaging. Relabeling, repackaging (including the separation of bundled products or the bundling of separate products), and other alterations are not permitted. Tampering with, defacing, or otherwise altering any serial number, UPC code, batch or lot code, or other identifying information on products or their packaging is prohibited. Resellers shall not remove, translate or modify the contents of any label or literature on or accompanying the products; and

  9. Recall and Consumer Safety. To ensure the safety and well-being of the end-user customers of Kosas products, resellers agree to cooperate with Kosas with respect to any product recall or other consumer safety information dissemination efforts;

  10. Product Loss and Theft. If any significant quantity of Kosas products purchased by resellers are lost or stolen, resellers will promptly report such event to Kosas;

  11. Report Unauthorized Resellers. If resellers have information or reasonably suspects that any person is purchasing and reselling or distributing Kosas products in a manner not authorized by Kosas or in violation of this Reseller Policy, resellers must promptly notify Kosas;

  12. Support of Manufacturer’s Warranty. Resellers may extend to any proper purchaser of Kosas products the original manufacturer’s warranty in accordance with its terms. Resellers may not modify or alter the original manufacturer’s warranty, represent or characterize the original manufacturer’s warranty in any misleading manner, or extend its own warranty with respect to Kosas products. Failure to comply with this policy will result in the total forfeiture of reseller’s right to offer Kosas’ consumer warranty;

  13. Other Information, Documents and Reports. Reseller must provide Kosas with any supplemental information, documents and reports that Kosas may request in order to validate reseller’s compliance with this Reseller Policy and to support Kosas’ warranty support and customer support obligations and initiatives; and

  14. Additional Terms and Conditions. Resellers agree to comply with the additional terms and conditions set forth by Kosas from time to time, which may be changed by Kosas in its sole discretion.

Kosas reserves the right to update, amend or modify this Reseller Policy at any time. Unless otherwise provided, such amendments will take effect immediately, and a reseller’s continued use, advertising, offering for sale, or sale of the products will be deemed reseller’s acceptance of the amendments.

If Kosas determines that a reseller is in violation of this Reseller Policy, Kosas may take any and all appropriate legal action, including, but not limited to, refusing to accept orders from the reseller.
